two options (sorry I didn't know how to make this any longer)

option one: 

First, I would record myself reading the short story. Then create different imagery and short animations (text and/or drawings) for each chunk of the story. then I would add different sound fx and soundtrack to match the mood or what's happening in the story and the animations. and do that throughout the story. I would use premier as the main editing place and some of the images and such I would create on photoshop. I would do the text in premier. 

option two:  (technically already finished this one during break)

create a partial lyric video.  I have a song that just came out and footage from different angles and locations. So I match all the footage to go with the lyrics and the song and add in drawings that I've done to combine animation and film. I would also add lyrics that match the audio. I would ad an intro that matches the aesthetic and introduces my channel and introduces the song. then at the end, there are credits. The credits being, my mom for filming, capricious records for mastering and myself for writing and recording and editing.
