I like how you chose a stop-motion animation concept for your project. It gives me the feeling of watching the flower grow in a time-lapse. i wonder how you created this, did you shoot this the way it's presented? or did you shoot it when the flower was actually dieing and reversed it to make it look like it was growing?
I really like the GIF its super cool how the flower grows over time during it, and with the black background it really allows for one to enjoy the beauty of the flower, congrats
Hi, Brady. Thank you. I experienced some hiccups as I realized I did not measure the position of the camera accurately, since the goal was to only have the flower in motion. But because I got the dimensions wrong, the vase ended up moving as well. I am a little disappointed, but I think I still got my point across.

ReplyDeleteHi, Roman. Thank you for the kind words. I shot the stills as the rose was dying and then I edited them in reversed frames.

DeleteI like the stop-motion effect of this GIF and how much movement there is despite the actual process being depicted being so slow in reality.
ReplyDeleteHi, Averie. Thank you. Yeah, I'm thinking of redoing this sometime in the near future, but with more precision on the camera position.
